Is it down for everyone?

Live status for 26 commonly-searched sites and services. The top few check automatically; the rest check themselves as they scroll into view - cached for a minute, hit refresh on any widget to force a fresh check once that minute is up.

Check another site

Don't see the site you're after? Check any URL directly.

Each widget above reflects a single live request made from our servers to that service, cached for up to a minute. A cached result just means someone else already checked it in the last 60 seconds - hit refresh and wait a minute if you want to force a brand-new check.

This page exists for the moment a site suddenly stops loading and you want a quick, independent answer to "is it down for everyone or just me?" before you start troubleshooting your own connection, clearing cache, or restarting your router. We run the check from our own servers, separate from your network and ISP, so a result here rules out (or confirms) an outage on the service's end rather than a problem local to you.

For a site you rely on that isn't listed here, try our single-site "Is it down?" checker, or set up Kawze to monitor it on a schedule and alert you by email or SMS the moment it goes down - no need to keep refreshing a status page yourself.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if a site is down for everyone or just me?

If the widget above shows a service as "Down", our servers couldn't reach it either, which points to an outage on their end. If it shows "Up" but the site still won't load for you, the problem is more likely local - your connection, DNS, a browser extension, or a firewall between you and the site.

Why does it say "Up" when the site feels slow or broken for me?

This check confirms the site responds to a request and returns a normal HTTP status - it doesn't load every asset or test every feature. A site can be technically "up" while a specific page, login flow, or feature is broken, which this quick check won't catch.

Why don't all the cards show a status right away?

The first few sites are checked automatically as soon as the page loads. The rest check themselves, one at a time, once their card scrolls into view - that keeps us from firing off 20+ requests at once on every page load.

How often is each site's status updated?

Each site's result is cached for 60 seconds. Refreshing within that window returns the same cached result; refreshing after the minute is up triggers a brand-new live check.

Can I check a site that isn't on this list?

Yes - use our single-site "Is it down?" checker for any URL, or set up a Kawze monitor to get automatic alerts if it ever goes down.
